TDH is a great partner. I have rental units and they help me stay on top of keeping the HVAC ship shape. Jacquie, Emily and the service techs do a great job communicating and scheduling. That is very important to me.

TDH and Ken are fantastic. Ken came within five hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the situation and explained steps needed to remedy the situation. Turns out the furnace wasn't the issue - clogged drain pipe.

I was assured by Emily that I would be the first stop at 7:30. 9:30, no one. I asked Emily to call me, she never called. Ken arrived at 10. He found the problem with the wiring on the air conditioner. Since it was not the warrantied furnace, the charge was $210. Ken is an odd person. I will be more comfortable with another service person next time. I assume you are not posting this survey online.

We had Kris come out for a tuneup on our ac unit. He was on time and very friendly. He discovered something was wrong with the unit and immediately made plans to fix it. Appreciate his help and would highly recommend TDH!

TDH Mechanical sent someone out to examine our furnace not blowing cold air and quickly determined the cause was a faulty relay switch. I will use TDH Mechanical on all our servicing needs. WARNING: Be careful using other companies. Yesterday, a Sears Technician came out to examine our AC and said they're not allowed to use a ladder taller than 6ft, so could not even go on the roof. Wasted $99 on the service call. TDH Mechanical has no such restrictions. Don't make the same mistake.

Fantastic work

The TDH staff & technicians are all very experienced and knowledgeable. I appreciate the professional work done by the TDH representatives. They did an incredible job removing my old A/C from an extremely high roof top, and installing a complete new system including H2O heater, humidifier and even helped with an electronic Ecco Bee thermostat. They have continued servicing my system with the highest regard for maintenance.

Annual HVAC service by Rolando was great. Easy to work with. Gave me a courtesy call an hour out from arrival.

Rolando called in advance to advise me of his ETA, and arrived on time. He was courteous, efficient, and completed the AC check up in a timely manner. He gave me good advice to delay the furnace checkup until the Fall since I had no need to use it during summer months. TDH installed my AC unit 6 years ago and has serviced it annually since. I’ve never had any issues and they have been great to work with.

Ken was great and knowledgable about the work he was completing. He helped us determine where our AC Unit was located in our building although we were unable to identify it prior to him helping out which I felt terrible about. TDH has always been a helpful company as they originally installed the HVAC system of the unit we purchased. I highly recommend them for your Heating/Cooling needs.
