Mark who installed my new system was really professional. He answered all my questions along the way. Rolando who came out for the quote was a great guy too. The overall quote for the equipment was great and they installed two days after the quote so very timely.

In advance of scheduling my service appointment with TDH Heating & Cooling, I did, of course, consult numerous online reviews. The consistency of top ratings gave me confidence that engaging TDH was the way to go. Still, I was amazed by the high quality of service experience in every respect. It started with Tim as attentive listener, then flexibly putting on the rails a timely house call. Rolando came out promptly and proved very courteous, skilled and knowledgeable about the problem issues under consideration (furnace service, malfunctioning humidifier, valve replacement, overall condition assessment and recommendations for equipment replacement). His problem resolution skills and customer focus were excellent. The price was great and turned out even better than fair. Give TDH a try! You won’t regret it.

My 2.5 yr old furnace had stopped working and TDH was able to quickly send someone out. Technician Kris did a great job and got it running again. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
